GODBY Shop is the marketplace of the GODBY platform, where registered sellers advertise digital info products (ebooks, courses, music), organizers create events with ticket sales, and creators promote donation campaigns.

GODBY acts as an intermediary for the platform: it processes payments, retains the platform commission, and forwards the net amount to the seller, organizer, or beneficiary. We are not responsible for the content of the ads or the execution of events, but we monitor and moderate ads that violate our Terms of Use.

Available modalities: Infoproducts, Events, and Donations. The sale of physical products is planned for a future platform update and is not yet available.

By using GODBY Shop, you agree to the terms described in this document. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the platform's marketplace.

All financial transactions are processed via Mercado Pago, ensuring security and reliability. GODBY never stores credit card data or sensitive financial information.

• Payments are processed in a secure environment of the payment provider;
• GODBY does not store credit card data or sensitive financial information;
• Payment confirmation depends on the approval of the payment provider;
• Processing time may vary depending on the chosen payment method.

• The buyer selects the info product, ticket, or donation campaign and is directed to the Mercado Pago checkout;
• Payment can be made via Pix, credit card, or other available methods;
• After payment confirmation, digital info-products are available for immediate download;
• In-person event tickets generate a unique QR Code for check-in;
• Online events release the broadcast link immediately after confirmation;
• Donations are processed as contributions, not as conventional product purchases.

The balance release period varies according to the ad type:

• Info-products and Events: the amount remains pending for 7 days before becoming available for withdrawal. This period protects buyers in case of delivery issues;
• Donations: the amount is released immediately after payment confirmation, whenever technically possible, as it is a contribution and not a conventional purchase;
• Profile subscription plans: the creator's value is released immediately after payment confirmation, whenever technically possible, as it is a digital mode of access to content;
• The seller can request a withdrawal via Pix at any time, provided they have an available balance;
• The GODBY commission is withheld automatically at the time of sale;
• Mercado Pago fees are deducted from the gross amount before the transfer, and our reconciliation system ensures that the net amount is always correct.

GODBY automatically withholds a fee on each completed transaction, allocating the remaining amount to the seller, organizer, or creator. The commission value is defined internally and can be consulted at any time.

Donations made on GODBY Shop are treated as voluntary contributions, and not as conventional product purchases. For this reason:

• Donations do not have a voluntary 7-day refund policy, differentiating them from conventional purchases of digital products;
• The balance corresponding to the donation is released immediately to the beneficiary after payment confirmation, when technically possible;

Mandatory legal rights: The absence of a voluntary refund policy does not eliminate mandatory rights provided by law. GODBY fully respects applicable legislation, consumer rights, payment method rules, chargebacks, undue payments, and other legal hypotheses for reversal or refund. No mechanism on the platform prevents a refund when it is legally mandatory.

Paid profile plans are a specific digital modality within the platform, which grants the subscriber access to exclusive content from the creator.

• After payment confirmation, access and benefits are released immediately to the subscriber, when technically possible;
• The creator's value is released immediately after payment confirmation, without a 7-day retention period, as it is a digital modality;
• The subscription is renewed automatically every cycle, and can be canceled at any time by the subscriber;

Cancellation, refund, and reversal: The subscription plan policy distinguishes the following scenarios, always in compliance with applicable legislation:

• Cancellation: the subscriber can cancel the automatic renewal at any time, maintaining access until the end of the period already paid;
• Voluntary refund: there is no automatic 7-day refund for subscription plans, as it is a digital service with continuous access;
• Reversal and chargeback: reversals resulting from chargebacks, improper payments, fraud, or payment processor decisions are processed and respected in full;
• Mandatory rights provided by law: the platform respects all consumer rights provided for in the legislation applicable to the service.

In-person events generate unique tickets with encrypted QR Code. Check-in is validated in real time, preventing duplicates or fraud.

• Deliver the digital info-product or hold the event as advertised;
• Provide true and accurate information in advertisements;
• Comply with applicable legislation, including copyright and consumer protection;
• Maintain the quality of content and customer service;
• Do not advertise infoproducts, events, or donations that violate the GODBY Terms of Use.

• Verify the advertisement information before buying or contributing;
• Use secure payment methods and never pay outside the platform;
• Contact the seller in case of questions about the infoproduct;
• Report advertisements or content that violate the platform's guidelines.

Media generated or edited by artificial intelligence receive a visible transparency label, so you always know the origin of the content.

Ads that violate our Terms of Use or legislation may be removed by the moderation team. Any user can report inappropriate content via the three-dot menu available on any ad, post, or comment.

Cases of fraud, larceny, or illicit activities are forwarded to the competent authorities.

• GODBY acts as an intermediary for the platform and is not responsible for the quality or delivery of third-party infoproducts, events, and services;
• GODBY is not responsible for disagreements between buyers and sellers, and may adopt administrative measures in case of violation of these Terms;
• Delivery, service execution, quality, warranties, and support are the sole responsibility of the seller, in accordance with applicable legislation.
